Rustington . The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission. Role responsibilities include: Booking valuations and securing instructions for a strong first impression Providing honest, reliable, and professional advice to vendors and applicants Creating media materials and releasing properties to the market Ordering EPCs and ensuring required compliance Emailing Property Alerts via ReapIT and HTML Conducting pre- and post-appointment follow-ups, including confirmation calls and feedback We seek individuals with qualities such as: Previous property sales experience A desire for a challenging, fast-paced role where no two days are the same Natural selling ability Articulateness and strong negotiation skills At Michael Jones, we believe in taking care of our people.
