About

We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our sales team. This role supports the sales function by managing aircraft component documentation and handling customer enquiries across our e-commerce platforms, email, and social media channels. Assist in compiling, verifying, and maintaining trace documentation for aircraft components in line with industry standards (e.g., ATA Spec 106, EASA/FAA). Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for sales and compliance purposes. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve documentation gaps or inconsistencies. E-Commerce & Customer Support Respond to customer enquiries via email, online marketplaces (e.g., ILS, PartsBase), website and social media platforms. Provide product information, pricing, availability, and shipping details in a timely and professional manner. Support the listing and updating of inventory on e-commerce platforms. Prepare quotations, process orders, and generate invoices. Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions, leads, and order status. Assist in generating sales reports and supporting inventory planning. Passion for aviation and sustainability. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Honest, respectful with high level of integrity. Positive and passionate with a β€˜can do’ attitude. Experience in sales administration, preferably within aviation. Familiarity with aircraft component trace documentation and regulatory standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
