Job Summary and Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Manager will be extremely motivated, career driven and experienced in the current sales market.
Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch.
Appraise and instruct residential sales properties.
Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division.
Assure quality of customer care.
Meet and exceed targets for lettings business.
Register, qualify and manage applicants.
Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
Work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
Develop the core business in the branch.
Carry out monthly 1‑2‑1s with staff.
Skills required
Previous experience within a senior sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business.
Listing & valuation experience.
Excellent sales ability.
High level of customer service skills.
Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
Ability to negotiate.
Tenacity and self‑starter drive to succeed.
Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
Responsive to change.
