Key Objectives
Understand customer needs and pain points.
Demonstrate Morningstar products and services to address specific client needs.
Design and present solutions aligned with client requirements and the Morningstar ecosystem.
Build trust and credibility with clients.
Provide technical support throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic client engagements, working with key stakeholders to understand business objectives.
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify opportunities for advanced solutions.
Develop complex, innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
Share product development feedback to drive enhancements.
Collaborate with clients to document detailed implementation requirements.
Mentor junior consultants and foster collaboration.
Serve as technical authority across a broad range of products.
Partner with sales team to develop and execute strategic plans.
Ensure successful solution implementation, meeting timelines and exceeding client expectations.
Contribute to consulting team strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
Fluency in any other European language is a plus.
Excellent writing, communication, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a highly collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with Morningstar products and capabilities is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA is a plus.
