The organisation partners with leading tech vendors and consistently expands its customer base, making it one of the UK’s top-rated MSPs with an extensive list of clients nationwide. Your role as an IT Support Engineer will involve managing and administering a range of cloud and on-premises platforms and services, providing support to users across different businesses, assisting with projects and infrastructure upgrades, and performing daily system checks and backups. Key Skills:
Microsoft 365 (including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Windows 11 and macOS Windows Server 2019 - 2025 PowerShell Active Directory, Group Policy Networking, Wi-Fi, and IT Security 25 Days holiday, increasing with service Private Health and Life Insurance Training plans tailored to YOUR areas of interest (Security, Cloud, Networking, etc.) Vendor certifications fully paid for with study support Weekly team socials, lunches, and larger company events Latest hardware and software for work and personal use Seniority level
