Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Design Manager and Project Partner in managing large-scale data center projects.
Follow up with design team on assignments and actions.
Manage project documents and filing systems.
Create and manage design management tools (meeting minutes, action trackers, etc.).
Coordinate design stage issues and track deliverables.
Organize project meetings, workshops, site visits, and events.
Participate in design and client meetings, taking notes.
Liaise with commercial team and monitor QA procedures.
Skills Required:
Proactive and independent approach to tasks.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Initiative to overcome challenges with a positive attitude.
Technical knowledge of design principles and project discussions.
Key Attributes:
Understanding of construction project design processes.
Basic knowledge of building design and construction systems.
Competence in MS Office.
Ability to plan and coordinate work.
Multi-tasking and attention to detail under pressure.
Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
