What You'll Be Doing
Leading, managing and motivating the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional results
Driving daily operations including deal files, customer handovers and sales funnel management
Maintaining showroom standards, vehicle presentation and overall customer experience
Maximising every sales opportunity and ensuring the team exceeds performance and manufacturer targets
Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer journey
Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and customer focus
What We're Looking For
A proven background in automotive sales with a strong performance track record
Experience in leading or supervising a team with the ability to inspire and influence
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
Commercially minded, target-driven and tech-savvy
Adaptable, proactive and passionate about the car industry
Working Pattern
4 to 5 long days per week covering both weekdays and weekends (rota-based)
Pay and Benefits
42,000 basic salary
Realistic OTE with an achievable uncapped bonus structure
