About the Role:
This is more than a traditional SEO role. You’ll be responsible for evolving the organic strategy beyond classic search into Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), ensuring they are discoverable wherever and however people search, including AI‑powered experiences. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with delivery.
Responsibilities:
You’ll own the technical SEO roadmap and develop best practice across the business.
Define the AEO and GEO strategy for the business.
Work closely with Content, Brand and Product teams to shape SEO‑led content.
Develop a Digital PR plan and link‑building strategy.
Define success metrics for SEO, AEO and organic discovery more broadly.
Required Skills:
Experience in SEO and digital marketing.
Experience working for a consumer, ecommerce or app‑first brand.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
