Analytics & Reporting Manager role at Zenith UK. This is a highly autonomous position for a data-driven professional who can derive meaning from large and complex datasets and present it to non-technical stakeholders. We are the ROI agency, delivering growth for clients through data, technology and media solutions. Zenith serves leading brands globally and collaborates with Publicis Groupe. Responsibilities
Design and develop Looker Studio dashboards to visualise media investment, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs. Implement storytelling through data; ensure dashboards are intuitive and aligned with business needs. Build custom calculations, filters, and blended visualisations within Looker Studio. Optimise dashboard performance, user experience, and accessibility. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and refine visualisation outputs. Provide documentation and basic user training on dashboard functionality. Ongoing training and support of the account and wider agency network in ad-hoc analytics projects. Involvement in reporting on Data Governance and taxonomy compliance. Be the go-to resource on any data, analytics, or visualization issues for the client and Zenith team. Qualifications
Advanced Excel user (advanced string functions, array formulas, PowerQuery for data cleansing/transforms, PowerPivot for basic data modelling). Experience working with large-scale digital media campaign data, agency or publisher; client experience considered if media spends exceed £10m per annum. Intermediate SQL and knowledge of Python for automation tasks. Familiarity with modern data stack and API tools (e.g., Funnel, FiveTran, Adverity); exposure to data warehouse products (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake) preferred. Collaboration with a Data Engineer is expected. Certification or experience in Looker Studio preferred; experience in Power BI or Tableau is essential. Experience with project management methodologies and PM tools. Experience employing taxonomy for media investment reporting and assessing non-compliance effects. Understanding of data visualization principles and exposure to web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4) is beneficial. Ability to present complex data analytics to non-technical audiences. Strong knowledge of media investment metrics (e.g., CPM, CPA, ROAS, attribution, share of spend) and experience with main digital media data sources (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, SA360, CM360, GA4).
