Westland Horticulture is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative & marketing teams. You will be responsible for producing high-quality artwork for catalogues, printed marketing materials (OTP), and digital assets, supporting our trusted gardening brand. This fast-paced role requires collaboration with designers, buyers, product managers, and marketers to ensure all outputs are accurate, visually engaging, and brand-consistent. You will help bring the Westland brand to life across multiple channels, maintaining creativity, technical excellence, and brand integrity at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities
Prepare artwork layouts for seasonal and annual garden catalogues. Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate, on-brand catalogue pages. Manage large volumes of product imagery, ensuring correct retouching, cropping, formatting, and alignment with product specifications. Build and maintain master templates and page grids for design consistency. Ensure all catalogue artwork meets print specifications (colour profiles, margins, bleed, resolution). Liaise with printers and deliver production-ready artwork under tight deadlines. Skills & Experience
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign (essential), Photoshop, Illustrator. Strong capability in preparing artwork for both print and digital platforms. Understanding of print production, CMYK/RGB colour management, bleed, trim, and pre‑press standards. Experience managing large volumes of product imagery and structured content. Confident using templates, grids, master pages, and style sheets in a structured workflow. Experience
2–5 years in a Graphic Designer, Catalogue Designer, or Magazine Designer role. Experience producing catalogues or multi-page publications preferred. Experience in retail or product-led environments, ideally in gardening, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors. Comfortable meeting tight deadlines during seasonal peaks. Seniority level
