Digital Marketing Manager Location: London (Spitalfields Market, London E1, 4 days a week with 1 day WFH).
Role based in Spitalfields Market, London E1, 4 days a week (1-day WFH). Benefits include equity, Apple Mac, gym membership, cycle-to-work scheme. Salary to £65,000pa.
Overview This high‑growth, pre‑Series A startup is breaking barriers in traditional finance, disrupting the way investment stories are told. Their community‑led platform helps investors discover high‑conviction stock ideas that have originated from their world‑leading pro‑investor network that represents >$250bn AUM. Their platform also helps publicly listed companies connect to the retail investor audience that is rapidly growing in volume and value.
Role Prime Digital Marketing Manager reporting to CEO & Head of Product. Driving acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness through multi‑channel digital campaigns, with autonomy in strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute full‑funnel digital marketing campaigns (paid social, display, SEM, email).
Manage paid media across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Taboola, Reddit and other platforms.
Effectively manage an offshore paid‑media resource.
Collaborate on landing‑page optimisation, A/B testing, and funnel conversion improvements.
Own campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis using Mixpanel, Hotjar and GA4.
Partner with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Monitor performance KPIs and ROI, ensuring budget efficiency and goal alignment.
Contribute to overall brand visibility and thought‑leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
35+ years of digital‑marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2C tech/start‑up environment.
Proven success managing paid‑media campaigns and optimisation.
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Taboola, LinkedIn Ads, GA4.
Experience with A/B testing tools, landing‑page builders, CRM/email automation platforms.
Willingness to own overall paid/growth marketing strategy.
Excellent communication, creativity, collaboration, proactive and experimental attitude.
Other Requirements Non‑UK citizens: must not require sponsorship for UK permanent employment status. Work visa must allow unrestricted work in the UK for at least the next five years.
