About
Proactively generate new business through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, warm calling, email outreach and prospecting. Build, grow, and manage your own outbound sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities. Deliver the full end-to-end sales process—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing. Consistently achieve and exceed outbound activity KPIs and revenue targets. Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term growth. Accurately update and manage all CRM activity. Stay informed on market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to support strong outbound positioning. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a high-quality customer experience. Maximise earnings through an uncapped, market-leading commission scheme. What we are looking for
A naturally proactive, high-energy salesperson who loves outbound activity. Proven experience hitting and exceeding sales targets, ideally in a fast-paced outbound environment. Confident communicator with strong objection-handling and persuasion skills. Self-motivated and disciplined—able to manage your own workload and take ownership of your success. Resilient, competitive, and target-driven with a desire to earn uncapped commission. Strong organisational and CRM skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Join the Team
