About
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requests.
Follow up on quotations and convert them to orders where possible.
Process sales orders with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinate with production, logistics and finance to ensure timely fulfilment.
Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
Assist with monthly sales reports and performance data.
Complete general administrative tasks to support the sales team.
Qualifications
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience using SAP (beneficial).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in sales administration, ideally within a technical environment.
Benefits
Permanent, full‑time position.
Salary of £27‑28k.
Monday‑Friday office‑based hours with an early finish on Fridays.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
