About The Role As a Sales Advisor at M&S Opticians, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality eye and hearing care services while promoting our offerings within the wider M&S store. Key Responsibilities Promote optical and hearing services within the store to drive appointments Maintain accurate customer records and manage stock levels Provide outstanding customer service and handle enquiries professionally Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs and lifestyle Perform basic adjustments and repairs Schedule and confirm patient appointments Support the fitting and dispensing of contact lenses Conduct preliminary pre-tests and measurements Work towards achieving store sales targets Support marketing initiatives and special events About You You are a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping others. With a strong retail background and excellent communication skills, you enjoy building rapport with customers and providing expert guidance on eyewear selection.
