WE ARE AMDARIS We are expanding our market footprint and strengthening our position in the AI and technology services space. As our commercial organisation grows and our sales motions evolve, we are now looking for a highly impactful Sales Enablement Manager to elevate sales performance, modernise our enablement programs and fuel sustained revenue growth.
This is a critical role for a strategic, analytical and collaborative enablement leader who can shape how our sellers operate, deliver targeted coaching, and ensure our teams are equipped with the tools, content and capability to win consistently. Reporting into senior commercial leadership, you will play a pivotal role in how Amdaris & Insight unite sales excellence with commercial success.
THE ROLE As Sales Enablement Manager, you will design, lead and continuously enhance our enablement programmes to improve sales effectiveness across the organisation. You will build frameworks, processes and content that uplift key KPIs including pipeline creation, win rate, deal velocity and retention.
You will own the global sales content library, ensuring our sellers have compelling, high-quality assets aligned to our GTM strategy. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Pre‑Sales and Solution Leads to create impactful collateral, introduce governance and ensure content is easy to discover and consistently used. You will design and deliver a world‑class onboarding experience for new sales hires while developing structured learning pathways, skills assessments and certification programmes that support both new and tenured team members. You will champion a culture of continuous learning and commercial excellence.
You will play a central role in sales transformation initiatives – modernising tools, processes and methodologies, aligning closely with our parent company, and driving consistency across systems, reporting and commercial standards. Through strong stakeholder collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product and SLT, you will ensure clarity, alignment and measurable outcomes. Using data, insight and feedback, you will continuously refine enablement strategy, provide transparent impact reporting and ensure enablement activity supports growth objectives, revenue targets and expansion priorities. In this role, you will foster a performance‑driven, collaborative culture where sellers feel empowered, supported and set up to succeed.
YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership or a similar commercially focused role
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales motions, ideally within technology services, consulting or a high‑growth environment
Demonstrable success designing enablement programmes that drive measurable improvements in pipeline, win rates and seller performance
Expertise in coaching, content development and embedding sales methodologies and best practices
Highly analytical and data‑driven, confident using insight to influence decisions and stakeholders at senior levels
Exceptional communicator capable of simplifying complexity into practical, high‑impact enablement initiatives
Organised, collaborative and energised by building scalable processes, systems and content
Passionate about modern sales methodologies, commercial excellence and continuous improvement
