We are seeking a highly experienced
Business Analyst (BA)
with a strong background in
Retail and/or Supply Chain domains . The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. This role demands strong stakeholder management and the ability to build credibility and trust within client teams.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to
elicit, analyze, and document requirements , ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Understand the complexities of Retail/Supply Chain processes and identify gaps between
current state (‘as-is’) and future state (‘to-be’) .
Challenge initial requirements and uncover true business needs through
effective questioning and relationship building .
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are
clearly understood and implemented effectively .
Support
solution design, testing, and implementation , ensuring business objectives are met.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including
BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories .
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience
as a Business Analyst, with proven expertise in
Retail and/or Supply Chain
domains.
Strong understanding of
end-to-end business processes
in retail operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain planning.
Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills , with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Proficiency in
requirements gathering techniques , process modeling, and documentation standards.
Experience with
Agile and Waterfall methodologies .
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
ERP systems
(e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain tools.
Knowledge of
data analysis and reporting tools .
Professional certifications such as
CBAP, PMP, or Agile BA
are a plus.
