Position Summary You will be the data detective for regional marketing campaigns in EMEA, analyzing performance, uncovering insights, and recommending optimizations to drive success across the region. Reporting to the VP of Marketing EMEA, you will collaborate with Marketing Services and Artist Marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and align with OKRs.
Responsibilities
Analyze performance data from regional marketing campaigns across digital, social, owned, and owned platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Marketing Services and Artist Marketing teams to provide data‑driven recommendations for campaign planning and execution.
Define performance thresholds for campaign prioritization, ensuring resource allocation aligns with regional marketing objectives and OKRs.
Deliver post‑campaign reports that outline results, key learnings, and strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
Ensure campaign measurement methodologies align with governance standards and contribute to quality control across the region.
Stay informed on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices to improve reporting capabilities and efficiency.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in marketing analytics and campaign measurement within music, entertainment, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of marketing data sources, analytics platforms, and reporting methodologies.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar languages for advanced analysis.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with EMEA markets and cultural nuances, plus experience working on global or multi‑market campaigns.
Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with the EMEA market and its cultural nuances.
Experience working with diverse marketing teams and global campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing technologies and data management platforms.
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
