Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Director, Design. What You Will Own Work within a cross-functional team to discover and translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and accessible experiences. Own design problems from discovery through to final delivery, iterating with data and feedback. Plan and conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and journey mapping to inform design decisions. Lead and contribute to end-to-end product design, from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity mock-ups and implementation to elevate our platform experience. Identify, set and measure design metrics to measure the success of your designs. Contribute to and evolve our design system, partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation. Ensure accessibility is embedded in design decisions, meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Facilitate workshops, critiques, and collaborative sessions to align teams and stakeholders. Present and communicate your design thinking confidently to teammates and stakeholders. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional product design experience in SaaS or B2B environments. Solid foundations in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. Ability to think strategically while still delivering pixel-perfect execution. Skilled in discovery techniques: user interviews, usability testing, research synthesis, and problem definition. Proficiency with Figma for prototyping, interaction design, and high-fidelity design. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities. Clear communicator able to explain design decisions with rationale, evidence, and research insights within your team and business stakeholders. Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive with a strong focus on outcomes and user value. Preferred Qualifications Experience in startups or scale-ups. Knowledge of WCAG and familiarity with assistive tech or accessibility testing practices. Exposure to AI-driven workflows, design-to-dev automation, or design tooling innovation.
