About

We are looking for a
Business Analyst
with a background in logistics or a strong understanding of logistics processes.
In this role, you will gather, analyze, and document business needs, translate them into practical software solutions, and support their development and implementation.
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
A Business Analyst with hands‑on experience in the logistics domain,
or
A logistics professional with strong process knowledge who is ready to shift into the IT industry and grow in a Business Analyst role.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements
Communicate with international clients to identify, document, and clarify business needs
Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews
Document solution designs, business process models, user stories, and data flow diagrams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: developers, consultants, QA, and PMs
Take part in solution configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment
Conduct product demos and support user onboarding
Provide consulting on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related platforms
Facilitate pre‑sales activities such as estimates and quotations
Assist in regulatory compliance documentation and client audit support
Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with user groups for resolution
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business analysis or relevant experience in logistics operations
Understanding of logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or related domains
Experience WMS, TMS, other logistics systems
Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving
Experience preparing functional documentation, user stories, and process descriptions
Upper-Intermediate English (written & spoken) — essential for client communication
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Attention to detail and responsibility for delivering quality
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Logistics, or a related field
Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment
Would Be a Plus
Participation in system implementations from scratch
Involvement in integration projects (including customs)
