Our Day in the Life of a Business Analyst Intern + Identify, analyze, and implement operational process improvements to enhance store efficiency and associate workflows. + Define and document u201cBest Methodsu201d for in-store processes to ensure consistency and optimize performance. + Analyze store-level data to propose and develop improved reporting on key metrics and operational KPIs. + Leverage tools such as Power BI, and Excel to uncover insights, evaluate performance, and support data-driven decision-making. + Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute solutions that increase process throughput and improve the customer experience. + Build business acumen by contributing to strategic projects that impact daily operations and long-term store success. + Develop hypotheses, build analytical frameworks, test solutions, and translate findings into recommendations to identify the most effective approaches for business challenges. You'll Come With + u200bPursuing a Bacheloru2019s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Math, Statistics, Finance, Engineering) with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027. + Affinity for process improvement, strategic business operations, data analytics, and technical problem-solvingespecially within fast-paced, evolving environments like Operations and Supply Chain. + Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization platforms. + Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. + Data-driven problem-solver who can build andmaintain productive partnerships by livingour core values. ( + Ability to think critically with high attention to detail and strong listening, oral, and written communication skills. + A self-starter who takes initiative with a sense of curiosity, adaptability, and courage to always be a student of the business. Time in the office and in stores is paramount to success in this role, as such, reliable transportation is required as our stores may not always be easily accessible by public transportation. Based on the needs of the business, you may need to travel to several area stores that do not match the schedules for public transportation.
