We are currently seeking a Business Analyst/Scrum Master (hybrid) to join our team in New York City, NY (hybrid). The primary responsibility of this individual is to drive strategic, functional, and technical agenda for an integrated Internal Audit platform and act as a BA/PM/SM leveraging technical, analytical, and problem-solving background to help drive the team's output to success. The ideal candidate should have a technical background with experience of managing complex technology projects and interacting with multiple senior stakeholders across organizations, be a self-driven, dedicated individual who works well in a team and thinks and acts strategically. In addition, the candidate should respond well to change and quickly pick up new concepts in an ever-moving regulatory landscape. When faced with a problem, the candidate should be able to ask questions and leverage the skill set of those around him/her. This role offers the opportunity to extend one's technical knowledge with challenging projects and the use of new technologies, while enjoying access to experts in the wide range of domains and best practices at Client. The qualified candidates will also have an opportunity to expand on their knowledge of the financial services industry through our business stakeholders and industry activities and events. Qualifications: 10+ years of B/A experience with banking/financial industry in a technical role that blends hands-on experience and proven delivery success. 10+ years of ScrumMaster experience.
