We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Progressor to join a successful and forward-thinking international estate agency group in Farnborough .
This role is central to managing the sales pipeline supporting clients and ensuring transactions run smoothly from offer to completion. It requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and a strong knowledge of the residential sales process.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Driving sales through to completion ensuring timely progression of transactions
Liaising with clients buyers solicitors mortgage advisors and other agents
Keeping all parties updated on progress and timescales
Identifying and resolving issues in the sales process promptly
Providing a seamless high-standard customer experience
Acting as the main point of contact throughout each transaction
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience)
Previous experience in residential sales progression (essential)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
In-depth knowledge of the residential sales process
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and professionals
Confident working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Dependable thorough and detail-oriented approach
