About
What You'll Be Doing You’ll receive training and pre‑qualified leads from head office. You'll represent our craftsmen, educating customers about our high‑quality British products and converting quotes into sales.
Your Role Will Involve
Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their homes or using our remote selling framework.
Giving persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
Educating customers about our products and services, thinking on your feet and cross‑selling where appropriate.
Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right the first time.
What We're Looking For
Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
Consistently high‑quality customer service.
Ideally experienced within home improvements or similar sectors.
Full UK driving licence and own car.
