What You'll Be Doing
Leading, managing and motivating a team of self‑employed Sales Executives, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Driving recruitment of self‑employed Sales Representatives and Marketing Agents to meet set targets.
Providing training, coaching and development to the sales team in line with company standards and policies.
Encouraging the team to generate own leads through approved methods while managing leads from internal sources.
Ensuring the Sales Team presents the approved Finance presentation, in accordance with FCA regulations, and all internal policies and procedures to every potential customer.
Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver the business plan, achieving sales targets in accordance with product specifications, pricing structures and profit margins, and maximizing conversion of all leads.
Preparing and presenting regular sales reports.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager with a record of exceeding targets.
Ideally experience within Home Improvements or a similar industry.
Experience recruiting self‑employed Sales Professionals.
High motivation and natural ability to inspire and guide a team.
Ability to meet strict deadlines in a results‑driven environment.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Experience with remote meetings/sales appointments (not essential).
Proactive, results‑driven, flexible regarding varied workloads and hours.
Commitment to high‑quality customer service.
Dedication to continuous personal development.
Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Competitive basic salary with OTE between £50k and £100k.
