Sales Manager – Manchester Office £40,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead and inspire our inbound and outbound sales team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive team performance, develop talent, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales agents, ensuring they understand their targets and achieve SLA/KPIs.
Plan and implement weekly and monthly strategies based on performance analysis.
Conduct coaching sessions, 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback.
Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentation.
Stay informed on campaign and company updates to ensure the team is aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales management role, leading teams to achieve targets.
Proficient in Salesforce and other sales/telephony systems.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to interpret MI and develop action plans.
Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Consistent, professional, and leads by example.
