Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our baking department, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality pastries and desserts. You will work closely with our culinary team to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in all menu items.

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, and desserts.
• Maintain par levels and sanitize equipment and workstations.
• Familiarize yourself with pastry products and handle dietary restrictions.
• Accurately handle orders from the point of sale system.
• Oversee ordering and inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies.
• Check the quality and condition of pastry kitchen equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a baker or pastry cook.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Must be able to stand for long periods and exert well-paced mobility.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
