• Effective leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
• Inventory management and purchasing responsibilities
• Preparation and serving of dishes according to recipes and portioning standards
• Maintenance of equipment and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Creative menu development and implementation
• Supervision of kitchen staff and expediting efficient service standards
• Labor scheduling and cost management
• Positive communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff
