Restaurant General Manager

Role Overview

The General Manager is the strategic and operational leader of both restaurant locations. They oversee all guest-facing operations, coordinate with the Executive Chef, and ensure the consistency, culture, and excellence of the brand across both sites. The GM mentors the leadership team, drives profitability, and guarantees world-class hospitality.

Responsibilities

1. Multi-Site Leadership & Brand Consistency

• Oversee daily operations across both restaurants
• Maintain unified service standards, SOPs, and guest experience
• Rotate between sites depending on operational or staffing needs
• Ensure brand identity is upheld in atmosphere, service, and culture

2. People & Team Management

• Recruit, train, and develop FOH management and staff
• Conduct evaluations, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Create schedules and staffing plans for both locations
• Foster a healthy, performance-oriented culture

3. Guest Experience Excellence

• Lead VIP handling and ensure flawless hospitality
• Resolve escalated guest concerns with diplomacy and speed
• Oversee reservation systems and service flow

4. Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Manage budgets, costs, P&L, labor, inventory control
• Work closely with Executive Chef on menu pricing and purchasing
• Implement operational improvement plans

Requirements

• Extensive experience as GM in fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Multi-site or group-operator experience preferred
• Strong financial, operational, and people-leadership skills
• Fluent English, professional communication
