Role Summary:

The Kitchen Manager oversees back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, safety, and team performance. This role is critical to maintaining scratch-made standards and strong execution across service periods.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Lead daily BOH operations and prep execution


  2. Enforce recipe adherence and quality standards


  3. Manage food safety, sanitation, and inventory


  4. Train and coach kitchen team members


  5. Collaborate with café leadership on service flow

Qualifications:


  1. Kitchen leadership experience required


  2. Strong food safety and organization skills


  3. Experience with prep, line, and pastry preferred


  4. Ability to lead with consistency and accountability

Growth Opportunity:

Advancement into senior kitchen leadership or multi-unit roles.
