Culinary Specialist

We are looking for a professional Line Cook to join our team. The role is responsible for preparing and executing stations according to the chef's direction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute stations according to chef's direction.
• Communicate clearly with sous chefs about ordering, running low on items during service, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Maintain and direct cleanliness of kitchen, walk-in, prep areas, and common areas.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience working in fast-paced restaurants.
• Knowledge of modern kitchen techniques and best practices.
• Must have a positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
