We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our operations in Columbus, Ohio. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data, which is essential for our overall Logistics efficiency. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, managing stock locations, and ensuring proper product rotation. You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory management. A thorough understanding of inventory control principles and the ability to use inventory management software are key. Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment is crucial, and strict adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE , is required. While not primarily a physical role, some tasks may involve occasional Lifting of items up to 30 pounds. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong data entry skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
