Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately and efficiently in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and **PPE** usage.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the **logistics** team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including **lifting** up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse **safety** procedures and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Must be able to wear required **PPE** at all times.
