Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and safely from arrival to dispatch. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE at all times.
