Job Summary:
Join our expansive warehouse operations in Indianapolis, Indiana, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to support our growing Logistics needs. This role encompasses a wide range of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our inventory and order fulfillment processes. A strong focus on Safety, efficiency, and teamwork is paramount. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
  • Put away received goods in their designated locations.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
  • Comply with all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
  • Contribute to the smooth functioning of the entire Logistics process.
  • The role requires frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Promote a strong Safety culture within the team.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety practices is essential.
