Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock items.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and with speed.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all Safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Support the overall Logistics process and contribute to team goals.
- Physically demanding role requiring regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace Safety is essential.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet performance targets.
