As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing items, and preparing goods for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurate picking and packing of customer orders.
- Stocking and organizing inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Assist in preparing shipments for dispatch and loading trucks.
- Follow company policies and procedures for all Logistics operations.
- Must be comfortable with manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Wear required PPE at all times within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to protocols.
