Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
- Picking and packing orders accurately according to instructions.
- Organizing and stocking inventory in designated areas.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilizing appropriate PPE at all times, especially when handling materials that require special care.
- Performing tasks that involve moderate to heavy Lifting, often up to 50 pounds.
- Assisting with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and any potential issues.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions. Ability to perform consistent Lifting throughout the shift. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Commitment to Safety protocols and guidelines. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges. Familiarity with basic math skills for inventory purposes. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures. Experience with any type of warehouse management system is advantageous.
