About
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is central to our logistics and distribution efforts, ensuring that the warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain high operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Support the overall logistics and flow of goods within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods. Requires the capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Must have a strong commitment to safety and follow all guidelines. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
