We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of products. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to upholding high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with other team members to manage the entire fulfillment process, from receiving goods to dispatching completed orders. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas, ensuring easy access to inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanning devices.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Follow specific instructions for safe lifting and handling of merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and logistics.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality control standards.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of basic inventory management principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to lifting guidelines.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with safety protocols is essential.
