Are you a motivated individual looking for an exciting opportunity in Miami, Florida? We are hiring Fulfillment Associates to support our dynamic e-commerce operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, from picking and packing to shipping. This role is central to our logistics success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and ensuring proper protective measures.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, focusing on safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting, up to 45 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE, ensuring personal safety.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
- Understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
