Seeking energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our bustling distribution center in Denver, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for navigating our warehouse to retrieve specified items, verifying their accuracy, and then carefully packaging them for safe delivery. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse inventory.
  • Inspect items for damage and verify quantities.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in picking and packing is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety and procedures.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics principles.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
