We are looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our efficient warehouse team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately selecting items and preparing them for shipment. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and speed are essential. Your primary responsibilities will include navigating the warehouse to locate and retrieve specified products for orders, verifying item codes and quantities, and then carefully packing them to ensure they arrive at their destination safely. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, requiring all team members to follow established protocols and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Lifting of various products will be a regular part of the job, so physical capability is important. This position is key to our logistics chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Prepare outgoing orders, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficient in lifting and handling various product sizes and weights.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to follow safety instructions and wear PPE.
