About
We are expanding our operations in Chicago, Illinois, and seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team! This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, focusing on the safe and accurate movement of goods. You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, organizing inventory, and ensuring that all items are stored correctly. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with material handling equipment, a strong understanding of warehouse logistics, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. A valid forklift certification is highly advantageous. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily equipment checks and ensuring compliance with all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs. You will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain optimal workflow and contribute to our overall success.
