Join our dynamic team in Durham, North Carolina, as a Picker/Packer! This role is essential to our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves, verifying quantities, and then carefully packaging them for safe shipment. You will also be involved in quality control checks, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are sent out. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with speed and precision are key to success in this position. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to strict safety standards, including the mandatory use of PPE, is a top priority. This physically active role involves standing, walking, and frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs. Prior experience in a similar role within logistics or warehousing is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
