We are looking for a diligent Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Provo, Utah. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics network, ensuring that products are handled with care and precision. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock verification.
- Wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently.
- Follow all Lifting guidelines and procedures to ensure personal and team Safety.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to meet operational demands.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets. Must be capable of Lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory principles. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude. Training on equipment and Safety procedures will be provided.
