Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, using necessary PPE .
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to team goals and uphold high productivity standards.
- This role involves repetitive motions and may require Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Process return shipments as needed.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift, bend, and carry items.
