This role also requires the ability to handle physical tasks, including **lifting** and moving materials.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and carefully.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training available).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any stock discrepancies.
- Follow all **safety** regulations and protocols, including proper **PPE** usage.
- Assist with **lifting** and moving products, typically up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the overall **logistics** process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and **safety** practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to wear required **PPE**, such as steel-toed boots and high-visibility vests.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic **logistics** principles is a plus.
