About
We are looking for a diligent and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This includes picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and fulfill orders accurately. The role demands physical stamina, a commitment to **safety**, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. You will be expected to wear appropriate **PPE** at all times and follow all **safety** protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. This position requires regular **lifting** and moving of products, sometimes in large quantities. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, including **PPE** stations.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely, following all **safety** guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Assist with **lifting** and moving products up to 50 lbs.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures.
- Support the broader **logistics** and supply chain operations.
- Identify and report any potential hazards or maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and the use of **PPE**.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** operations.
