We are hiring a motivated Distribution Center Associate for our growing facility in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, encompassing a wide range of warehouse activities. You will be involved in receiving incoming goods, accurately stocking inventory, fulfilling customer orders through picking and packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This position demands an energetic individual with a strong work ethic, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The role requires physical exertion, including regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and the operation of various material handling equipment. Safety is paramount in our distribution center; therefore, strict adherence to all safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are required for all associates. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage.
- Organize and stock inventory on warehouse shelves and designated areas.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet fulfillment targets.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
