We are seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our growing logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking products from our inventory shelves and carefully packing them for shipment. This requires a sharp eye for detail to ensure the right items and quantities are selected and that items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. You will work with various types of products and be responsible for maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy. The position involves physical tasks such as walking throughout the warehouse, bending, and regular lifting of items, often up to 40 lbs. Our commitment to safety is unwavering. You must be willing to wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Inspect items for quality before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Ensure correct quantities and product codes are picked and packed.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
